Cleansing Streams Mission is to connect people to the Father’s love, releasing them into their purpose and destiny. This mission is achieved by transforming our culture of brokenness through teaching people, and equipping them with tools for ongoing healing, freedom, and wholeness.

Our Programs and Retreat

The following programs have been prayerfully developed to fulfill the mission we believe has been entrusted to us. Cleansing Stream International provides programs which are to be conducted in the local church led by and under the covering of Pastoral leadership.

Seminar

The Cleansing Stream Seminar is an 8-12 week series of classes which prepare and disciple participants to receive healing and deliverance. The classes culminate in a one day Retreat in numerous locations around the country. The Seminar combines practical application of Biblical truths and disciplines with supportive relationships.

Retreat

At the Cleansing Stream Retreat, we make space for Him, through worship, prayer, and through hearing the truth of His Word. This is where everything from the seminar comes together, and we get to witness the most incredible things. And it’s in this place where a new chapter begins, and a deeper freedom, a clearer identity, a fresh new encounter with the One who heals, restores, and calls us forward.

Cleansing Our Kids

 This program takes the foundational principles of the Cleansing Stream Seminar and creatively puts them in words and activities that children can understand. Even parents who have not completed the Cleansing Stream Seminar will be able to teach these valuable lessons. 

Discipleship

Cleansing Stream University (CSU) prepares the participants to minister deliverance on a team in the local church and with Cleansing Stream at Events. The training is for those who have received healing and deliverance themselves through The Cleansing Stream Seminar.

Meet our instructors

Our pastors and instructors are not only experienced leaders but also passionate shepherds who carry a heart to see lives transformed. They bring years of ministry experience, biblical insight, and a deep commitment to walking alongside you on your journey with God as you dive into our programs.

Pastor Mary Ann Young - President of Cleansing Stream. Mary Ann has served CSI in various capacities from NorCal/Nev Regional Rep, National Intercessor Coordinator, Strategic Development Director, VP of Operations, and now President of Cleansing Stream. She and her husband Stuart started Cleansing Stream Seminar in their local church 18 years ago birthing many other Seminars in their region. Mary Ann is a gifted prophetic teacher assisting, developing, and activating churches in Intercession, Strategic Intercession, Deliverance, Altar Ministry, and Discipleship.


Pastor Chris Hayward - President Emeritus of Cleansing Stream International (CSI). Before his time with Cleansing Stream, Pastor Chris was in pastoral ministry for eighteen years. He was the founding Pastor of Christian Fellowship Church in Mount Vernon, Illinois for twelve of those years. Pastor Hayward’s calling has been to follow the example of 2Timothy 2:2 (“And the things that you have heard from me among many witnesses, commit these to faithful men who will be able to teach others also.”) As a result, Pastor Hayward has written three books, “God’s Cleansing Stream”, “The End of Rejection”, and, “Wounded In The Church”; and with CSI's unique approach prepares trains, and disciples multiple thousands around the world in the ministry of healing and deliverance with the now entitled, "Cleansing Stream University."


Pastor Andrew Gardener - was born in the UK, Andrew moved to Hong Kong at age 12, where he met and later married his wife, Christine. They have a beautiful adopted daughter Mia. Andrew holds a Master of Theology, oversees the executive leadership team at The Vine, and is devoted to creatively telling the gospel story.

Pastor Raymond Pettit - serves as the VP of Global Ministries. He serves to assist Pastor Chris in opening and developing new global initiatives. He also assists in the development and training of many events around the nation. Pastor Raymond has been married to his wife Brenda for over 45 years and is a doting grandfather.
Pastor Roger Valci - Dr. Roger Valci is an engineer, pastor, philanthropist, author, educator, filmmaker and playwright. He is the Lead Pastor of Valley Christian Center and Schools in Dublin, California and founder and president of CityServe of the Tri-valley, a non-profit comprised of twenty-seven churches that have donated over two hundred thousand volunteer hours to their community.

Pastor Debbie Sayovitz - and her husband Pastor Mike have served in ministry for 30 years and have been involved with Cleansing Stream Ministries since 1992. They have been married for 44 years and have traveled both nationally and internationally for the ministry. They have lived in Southern California where Mike worked in the broadcast industry for over 35 years. Debbie used to work at Cleansing Stream International as the National Coordinator of Cleansing Stream Discipleship Training where she trained church leaders in inner healing and deliverance. Pastor Debbie has been on staff with Epicentre Church, Pasadena since 2012 where she currently serves as Pastor of Pastoral Care, and is passionate to see God’s children receive healing and freedom, know the Father’s Heart, and walk in their true identities.

Bishop Joseph L. Garlington - is the founding Senior Pastor of Covenant Church of
Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, and is widely acclaimed for his work as a Bible scholar, a recording artist, and music minister. Bishop Garlington's distinctive insights and humor have made him a favorite conference speaker around the world.

Pastor Gary Howse - retired from being the Associate Pastor/Director of Congregational Life at the Church on the Way, Santa Clarita in Southern California.
Pastor Seth Fawcett - is the Senior Leader, Lower Hutt Hope Centre, Apostolic Leader/Founder, Hope Network, and Chairman of the New Zealand Cleansing Stream board.

Pastor Sharon DeBoer - Sharon and her husband, Alan, have been involved in pastoral ministry for over 40 years and are the CS Regional Pastors over the region in which they live. Sharon's passion is to see people set free from life's hurts and bondages. She has been involved with Cleansing Stream International since 1998 and continues to serve wherever needed.

Pastor Ray Beeson - Ray Beeson has served as Director of Overcomers Ministries for over thirty years. Before that, he was with Dick Eastman at World Literature Crusade where he traveled extensively teaching on prayer. After graduating from college, he taught mathematics in high school and junior high for eight years in Richland, WA.

Pastor Randy Garvey - a native of North Carolina, has lived and worked as a missionary in Mexico since 1999, working alongside his wife and four children. He and his wife, Elizabeth, pastor El Rio Internacional in Tlaxcala Mexico. For over thirteen years, he has used Cleansing Stream University (formerly Cleansing Stream Discipleship) as a part of the sequential discipleship in his church growth structure.
